DOCUMENTARIES & EDITORIAL
I love the power of visual story telling. My work has appeared around the world in major newspapers and online publications including the Washington Post, New York Times, and London Times. I have been named an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society (ARPS) in the documentary genre, one of the world’s most recognized and respected photography awards. In 2014, I received a prestigious World Press Photo Award for my work showing daily life at the Penang Animal Welfare Society. This story forms part of my long term personal project documenting the role dogs play in different cultures around the world which currently encompasses everything from the training of landmine detection dogs in Bosnia, following foot hunting basset hounds in Virginia, to pampered pooches at American Dog Shows.
